Meridian Announces Greenville Utilities Successful Go-Live of IDEA (Meridian's Integrated Digital Engagement Application)

Meridian Integration, a Jacksonville, FL based utility solutions provider, is excited to announce Greenville Utilities Commission’s (GUC) enhanced digital customer engagement go-live. Greenville implemented Meridian’s Integrated Digital Engagement Application (IDEA) with the goal of dramatically improving how they empower and interact with their customers through a highly intuitive, easy to use platform.

The project kicked off in Q1 of 2020 and entailed replacing Greenville’s legacy self-service web portal with Meridian’s IDEA solution. Greenville’s Customer Service Representatives and their 75,000 customers now have a robust, seamless, and intuitive interface improving customer service and satisfaction.
